RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
2. Return and exchange are strictly reserved for cases of product defects, damages or mistaken delivery.
3. Return of product(s) must be made within 7 days from the date received (attach your receipt together). Any delays will not be entertained.
4. Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging and labels.
5. Exchanges are strictly allowed only for the same item (colour/size). No refund in term of cash money.
6. Product(s) sold at mark down prices due to defects cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE?
1. Fill in the form with required attachment.
2. Wait for our response.
3. Make sure you pack & seal your items in a box or parcel bag.
4. Drop off your item(s) at any courier services available.
5. Update us the tracking number through WhatsApp. (Click here)
6. HQ will ship the requested item(s) and update the latest tracking number.
- ADINA reserves the right for final decision.
- ADINA reserves the right to withhold any application for Return and Exchange if it is found not complying with the stated policy.
- The customer must bear the shipping cost to return the product to HQ (Exchange).
- Shipping costs for HQ’s fault will fully borne by ADINA.
